Return Policy
Upon receipt of your package, please be sure to inspect the order for accuracy. Shipping errors must be communicated to FINIS within 5 days of shipment receipt. Please call Customer Service at 888-333-4647.
We believe that our products are of the highest quality which is why we back all of our products with a 60 day guarantee. FINIS, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns. A re-stocking fee up too 25% may apply to your return.
Return/Exchange Process:
- All returns will be credited at FINIS' discretion and this policy may not apply to sale or closeout items.
- All returned packages with failure delivery (i.e. multiple delivery attempts, refused shipments, or insufficient address information), FINIS is not responsible for the shipping and return shipping charges. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping charges on the order.
- Products must be returned in unused condition to receive full credit. All returns are subject to company approval. All used merchandise or merchandise returned with company tags/labels may be subject to a restocking fee.
- We will need proof of purchase date for all items returned. Any items that you cannot provide a proof of purchase date for will not be accepted.
- Electronics such as the Tempo Trainer, SwiMP3, and Lap Track have a 90 day replacement warranty.
- If you suspect a problem, please first call our Technical Support group at 800-388-7404 and they can assist with determining if there is something that can be fixed without returning the unit.
- FINIS will test the unit upon return and if the unit is defective it will be replaced.
- SwiMP3's that are defective may be replaced with a refurbished unit or out-of-package unit.
- All HydroSpeed suits will have a 30 day warranty and all tags/liners must be intact for a return.
- For Returns and Exchanges, please fill out the return form included with your package and obtain a RMA number from FINIS at 888-333-4647 x228. If you do not have the original form, please download it here. Send your package to the mailing address below, and write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Please indicate the reason for the return (i.e. broken, wrong size, wrong color, etc.) and the action you would like to be taken.
- Refunds are only applicable if items were purchased from FINIS. An item can only be exchanged for a product of equal value. Please specify what item, size, or color you would like for your exchange. In the case that the exchange item is not available a refund will be issued to your credit card.
- A traceable and insured method of return shipment is recommended (i.e. UPS, Fed-Ex) as FINIS is not responsible for packages that are lost. You can send the package to :

- Please allow 7-14 days for your exchange or credit to be processed.
- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used on the original purchase.
- Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refundĀ to appear on your statement
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- A 25% re-stocking fee may apply.
